Welcome to ExQuizMe! by Mindpalace Trivia LLP. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Service"). 1. Use of the Service
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 13, you may only use the Service with parental consent. Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
2. User Content
Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit or post on the Service ("User Content"). License: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with the Service. Representations: You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
3. Intellectual Property
Ownership: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ExQuizMe and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Restrictions: You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Service Quality: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. No Guarantees: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
5. Limitation of Liability
Exclusion of Damages: In no event shall ExQuizMe, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
6. Indemnification
Hold Harmless: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExQuizMe, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Purchases and Advertising
ExQuizMe is free to download. Full access to all quiz categories, question banks and multiplayer modes is unlocked by a single one-time payment of ₹999. There is no recurring subscription, and no further purchase is required to use any feature covered by that unlock.
ExQuizMe does not display advertising. The app is not ad-supported, and we do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers so that they can market their own products to you. We do advertise ExQuizMe itself; where that involves measurement on this website it is described in section 2.4 of our Privacy Policy.
Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, and their respective terms and refund policies apply to any transaction. We do not receive or store your card details.
9. Changes to Terms
Right to Update: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page.
